Shipping
When will my order ship? When will I receive it?
Standard Domestic Orders
• Ship within 1–3 business days
• Arrive 6–10 business days after shipment
Expedited Domestic Orders
• Ship within 1–3 business days
• Arrive 3–7 business days after shipment
International Orders
• Please allow 6–15 business days for delivery.
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
When will my pre-order item ship? When will I receive it?
A pre-order item is one that has not yet arrived at our warehouse. Purchasing a pre-order item reserves your size before it becomes available.
Please note:
• Your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is in stock.
• We are unable to split shipments or make exceptions.
• If you’d like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
As of December 2, 2025, we offer the LABL Guarantee with every order. This protects your package in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
To ensure coverage, you must opt into the LABL Guarantee at checkout.
If you choose not to add it, Milkstain is not liable for transit-related issues.
If you purchased the LABL Guarantee and need to file a claim here, please do so within 15 days of the noted delivery date.

Orders
Can I make adjustments to my order after it’s been placed?
We can’t guarantee changes, but we’ll always try our best.
Email us ASAP at milkstainapparel@gmail.com for help adjusting size, color, style, shipping address, or canceling your order.
Please note:
• We cannot add items to an order once it has been placed.
My order says delivered but I never received it.
Start by confirming your shipping address and checking with neighbors or building management in case it was delivered nearby by mistake.
If you purchased the LABL Guarantee and cannot locate your package, please file a claim within 15 days of the marked delivery date.
Returns
To initiate a return, visit our Returns Portal
You have 14 days from your delivery date to submit a return request.
We accept returns for refunds or store credit.
Items must be returned in:
• Original packaging
• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition
• Free of stains, marks, makeup, deodorant, or scents
Milkstain Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Non-approved items will be returned at your expense.
Please note:
• All items marked down in the SALE section are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
